Getting here late, but what Tim says at 11:35 is 100% correct, and Will is categorically wrong – how anyone with a law degree could say that is baffling. I’m only ~2/3 through law school but I could have told you that 2 years ago. A judge’s role is to INTERPRET AND apply the law – and their failure to interpret the law is what Tim’s identifying here. The very first step of statutory interpretation 101 is identifying the legislation’s PURPOSE – what is this law intended to achieve? The law has to be interpreted in a way that gives effect to its intended purpose, otherwise there’s no reason for it to exist. If a law is passed saying that poll observers must be present, the intention of that law is OBVIOUSLY to ensure they can observe the ballots being counted and prevent any attempts to manipulate/misrepresent/tamper with results. The idea that merely being present in the building satisfies the requirement for observers to be present is self-evidently ludicrous. No judge could apply the law in such a transparently self-defeating way without knowing exactly what they were doing. The idea this wasn’t dishonest partisan hackery to cover up the fraud is absurd.

WHAT WE ARE WITNESSING IS A FAILURE OF ALL THREE BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT. THE LEGESLATIVE HAS FAILED FOR A LONG TIME. THE FRAUDULENT ELECTION HAS BROKEN THE EXECUTIVE. AND NOW THE JUDICIAL IS FAILING.

Trump supporters, how many times do you guys have to be shot down before you get it? Trump won’t win. He doesn’t have the cultural or structural support necessary to pull this kind of thing off. Just accept the loss and look forward
